Drake Sued for “Pound Cake” Sample

Ya know the intro on “Pound Cake” of the late Jimmy Smith talking? Apparently, that part was sampled illegally. Now, Drake’s being sued by Jimmy’s estate for 300k, which is basically what Drake spends on a night at a strip club.
